Advancements & Breakthroughs in Urologic Reconstruction
The Advancements & Breakthroughs in Urologic Reconstruction CME program provides the latest insights into innovative treatment strategies and cutting-edge surgical techniques such as minimally invasive procedures and robot-assisted surgeries in reconstructive urology. The program takes place on the third Thursday of each month and features expert presentations on a range of topics, including:
- Congenital abnormalities in the urinary tract or reproductive organs
- Bladder fistulas
- Pelvic organ prolapse
- Voiding dysfunction
- Neurogenic bladder conditions (e.g., multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease)
- Incontinence
- Urethral strictures
- Urethroplasty
- Urinary retention
The program includes a Journal Club once a quarter, providing an opportunity for in-depth discussions of recent publications and research, designed by our expert faculty members Diana Bowen, MD, and Ziho Lee, MD. The program is ideal for urologists, urogynecologists, and other healthcare professionals interested in urologic reconstruction.
