Lynn M. Yee, MD, MPH

Lynn M. Yee, MD, MPH, is an Associate Professor of Maternal-Fetal Medicine in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology. Her research program addresses multiple areas of obstetrics-centered health equity, health services, and health behavior research. Dr. Yee additionally has methodological experience with qualitative analysis, patient-centered outcomes research, and implementation science. She is pursuing clinical research in several areas, including diabetes during pregnancy, health literacy, health disparities, health behavior and decision making, patient navigation, and perinatal infectious diseases, including HIV. Examples of ongoing studies include the Navigating New Motherhood program, a randomized trial of patient navigation to support low-income women in the first year after giving birth. Dr. Yee has mentored trainees at all levels on a wide range of clinical and epidemiologic studies related to these areas.
