Neurorehabilitation

The Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago's approach to neurorehabilitation encompasses both long- and short-term rehabilitation in an inpatient, outpatient or day rehabilitation setting. Treatment addresses sensory, motor, cognitive and behavioral processing, which impact functional performance in persons with central nervous system disorders. This includes, but is not limited to, patients with the following conditions: brain tumor, stroke/cva, spinal cord injury, brain injury, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, and spinal cord tumor.
