Becton  Dickinson FACS-Calibur

Two laser (488nm-argon & 635nm-red diode) analytical benchtop system designed to support the wide range of basic flow cytometric applications in up to 4 colors. This instrument can also work in Doublet Discrimination Mode (DDM) and measure pulse height, area and width of each fluorescence parameter for those users needing to perform cell cycle analysis. This cytometer is equipped with a Macintosh G4 workstation with OSX and CellQuest Pro acquisition software.

Becton  Dickinson LSRII

Four laser (488nm-argon ion, 640nm solid-state red, 355nm-solid state UV and 561nm yellow-green) benchtop system designed to support basic through advanced flow cytometric application in up to 10 colors.  This cytometer utilizes the PC-based FACS-Diva acquisition and analysis software, although the acquired ListMode data may be analyzed in CellQuestPro or FlowJo cytometry software

3 laser (488 nm Argon; 633 HeNe; 405 Violet) benchtop system to support flow cytometric applications in up to 8 colors.  This system also utilizes the PC-based FACS-Diva acquisition and analysis software, and data may also be analyzed in CellQuestPro or FlowJo cytometry software.
