Two laser (488nm-argon & 635nm-red diode) analytical benchtop system designed to support the wide range of basic flow cytometric applications in up to 4 colors. This instrument can also work in Doublet Discrimination Mode (DDM) and measure pulse height, area and width of each fluorescence parameter for those users needing to perform cell cycle analysis. This cytometer is equipped with a Macintosh G4 workstation with OSX and CellQuest Pro acquisition software.

This cytometer utilizes the PC-based FACS-Diva acquisition and analysis software, although the acquired ListMode data may be analyzed in CellQuestPro or FlowJo cytometry software
