How to Apply

We participate in the SF Match and welcome applications that meet the requirements.  For questions, please contact reach out to our fellowship coordinator Katie Crylen at ctc@northwestern.edu.

Applicants are required to have completed their surgical residency in the United States or have ECFMG certification and will need to have passed their USMLE Step 3 exam.  Currently we unable to sponsor J1 visas. 

 

The application materials required through via SF Match are:

• CV
• USMLE Step Scores
• Personal statement
• Letters of Recommendation

Our interviews will be conducted virtually and do not offer the option to meet in person, applications should be received no later than March 1 via SF Match.
