 Important COVID-19 Updates

  • Only fully vaccinated individuals are permitted to attend.
  • Masks are encouraged

Northwestern University's community is fully vaccinated and boosted. At Feinberg, not only do we maintain a commitment to the safety of our students, faculty, and staff, but we all play key roles in providing health care to and engaging with the Chicagoland community, including those most vulnerable to COVID-19, such as unvaccinated adults and children, immunocompromised persons, and persons with underlying conditions that increase risk of severe disease from COVID-19. Our safety protocol has, throughout the pandemic, helped keep COVID spread minimal on campus. We feel an obligation to do everything we can to ensure that our people do not unintentionally spread the virus to vulnerable persons who put their trust in us - and this includes requiring vaccinations in order to attend our indoor graduation ceremony. While we are thrilled to celebrate this achievement with students and their families, we must also respect our Patients First mission.
