Linda assists with housing resources and manages vendor contracted services for the CTA U-pass program, student disability insurance policy, uniforms/scrubs and student paging services. She is available to assist students seeking resolution for campus services challenges.

      • I am responsible for the setup and documenting of exams and class trainings. I support my Director, faculty, and the standardized patient trainers in the Clinical Education Center and Simulations lab in preparations for in person, and virtual exams and class trainings. Working alongside with the Director and the Standardized patient team during all active exams, and class trainings utilizing software programs, audio/video equipment, standardized patients, and anatomical training models.

      • I ensure quality patient simulation performance through recruiting, training, and scheduling actors to portray patients for our students and health care professionals. Our Standardized Patients are utilized for formative assessments as well as OSCEs, assessing communication skills and diagnosis checklists.
