The Physician Assistant (PA), Prosthetics-Orthotics (PO) and Physical Therapy (PT) programs have teaching opportunities to suit your goals. Problem Based Learning (PBL)
- Lead groups of PAS-1s during Problem-Based Learning (PBL) sessions
- Cases focus on applying foundational sciences to clinical problems and integrating ethics/public health issues
- Lecture to PA students in a variety of topics across multiple organ systems and specialties, including: clinical medicine, laboratory medicine, physical examination, patient education and counseling, social determinants of health, ethics, and other topics
- Ongoing special opportunity to facilitate case-based discussions following the week problem based learning case
