- Explain factors influencing incivility and exclusion during mortality and morbidity conference.
- Identify effective strategies for preventing incivility and exclusions behaviors during mortality and morbidity conferences.
- Describe the process of moderating mortality and morbidity conferences discussions so that they lead to effective learning.
