Learning Objectives: 
By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  1. Consider current clinical environments and the role of feedback and coaching.
  2. Review the relationship-based R2C2 model for feedback and coaching and evidence of its effectiveness.
  3. Practice using the micro-skills of coaching, using the R2C2 model.
  4. Explore the nuances of implementing coaching in their setting.
