Why did you choose Feinberg?
The biggest reasons why I chose Feinberg were its location and curriculum opportunities. I've always wanted to experience living in a true urban environment, and it's difficult to find somewhere that embodies that better than downtown Chicago. At the same time, Feinberg programs like ECMH offered me immediate longitudinal exposure to patients in a clinical setting, something which few other schools did. Finally, I was always interested in pursuing a global health elective, and Feinberg offers incredible support in doing so. I remember reading when I applied that ~50% of students participated in one, which blew me away!
Tell us a bit about your interests and hobbies outside the classroom.
Outside of the classroom my main passion is in playing Ultimate Frisbee - I started playing in high school, and have never looked back. Since then I've played in a number of leagues, clubs, and college teams, and am looking forward to continue again as soon as possible.
Besides for that, I enjoy cooking, going to the gym, and spending time with friends. I've also been trying to teach myself to mix music, which is a work in progress to say the least.
