What do you enjoy most about living in Chicago?

I think that Chicago is an incredibly unique city that gives Feinberg students a wealth of experiences. I haven't lived in a larger city for an extended period of time before so it's definitely been taking some adjustment, but I've loved it so far! All the different neighborhoods in the city make sure that you're never feeling bored and I love that most people who live here still retain their classic Midwest kindness.

Share your path to Feinberg – what interesting experiences did you have prior to enrolling?

After graduating from Duke University, I ended up working as a Business Analyst with Capital One in Washington, D.C. I was really interested in branching out beyond school and the medical field and wanted to gain experience with alternative careers. I really enjoyed my time with Capital One and I think that my year of work really helped me to cement my interest in medicine because I felt like I had real exposure to other fields!

Topics I can discuss with prospective students:

  • Life in Chicago
  • Campus Life
  • Academic Support (studying, learning)
