TechTIME Workshop | Active Learning in the ALC

Speaker - David Salzman

Join David Salzman, MD, MEd for an in-person experience in the ALC (Active Learning Classroom). The ALC is FSM’s premier space active learning and pedagogic experimentation. David will walk you through several active learning techniques that you can deploy using the various technologies available in the room (including Turning, Nearpod, and the iPads). This is a great chance to experience what your students experience in the room, and to consider what you might like to try to incorporate into your educational sessions. This is an in-person experience only so you can experience the integration of the technology and space the same way the students will during one of your sessions. . Come and learn some new active learning strategies in the ALC!
