Grand Rounds Teaching Request Form

As a means of serving faculty development and to comply with an accreditation requirement for clinical educators who teach medical students, residents, and fellows, we ask all faculty to complete one hour of medical education CME each year. We have many options available through FAME. Please see the topics below and fill out the form according to your interests. A FAME team member will be in touch with you. If there are other topics of interest or need to your group, we can also explore these with you.
