The Belonging Blueprint
The Belonging Blueprint is an interactive workshop series designed to strengthen team dynamics, enhance collaboration and create a more connected workplace. Through practical strategies and real-world applications, staff will gain valuable skills to improve communication and teamwork.
Facilitated by Feinberg staff, these sessions provide firsthand insights into workplace challenges and opportunities. Participants will engage in small-group discussions and hands-on activities to develop actionable techniques for building stronger professional relationships and a more effective work environment.
Workshop Dates

Navigating Uncertainty with Purpose: Creativity in the Here and Now In times of deep uncertainty, finding purpose and maintaining creativity can feel challenging. This session will be led by Tameka Brannon, Director of Health Equity Initiatives for the Office of Health Equity.
