Dr. Zheng specializes in developing bioinformatics software for high-dimensional epigenomic data and conducting bioinformatics analysis using omics/systems biology-based approaches. His recent work has begun to explore the role of methylation in cardiovascular risks/diseases and in virus-associated cancers.[Shorten text]
