How do I find a classmate?

How do I get a copy of my transcript?
Please click the link below corresponding to the degree type for which you'd like your transcript.
- Medical Degree (MD) (you also can request copies of your Dean’s letter, your diploma, and many other helpful documents.)
- Physical Therapy (PT) Degree (also see the PDF here)
- All other degrees (NUPOC certificate holders should contact the department directly)
