Molly has an MBA in Emergency Management and Public Safety Communications, and a certificate in Healthcare Emergency Manager (Professional) through the Association of Healthcare Emergency Preparedness Professionals. She also serves as the Vice Chair for the Academic Healthcare Emergency Management Consortium. She currently serves as the system director of Emergency Management and Business Continuity at Northwestern Memorial Healthcare. Drs. Barsuk and Mrs. Schoblocher talk about using simulation to prepare hospital systems for mass casualty incidents
