CHIP Faculty Member Yuan Luo Co-Authors Paper Accepted to Top Artificial Intelligence Venue

CHIP Faculty Member Yuan Luo, PhD, and Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine Research Assistant Professor of Preventive Medicine Chengsheng Mao, PhD, co-authored a paper that was accepted to a top artificial intelligence conference, the 35th Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI) Conference on Artificial Intelligence (#AAAI2021).

The paper, PANTHER: Pathway Augmented Nonnegative Tensor factorization for HighER-order feature learning, introduces a more accurate, interpretable machine learning model for genetic medicine.
