COVID-19 and the impact on the Immune SystemThis study will characterize immune responses specific to the virus that causes COVID-19 and how they contribute to favorable or poor outcomes. We hope to identify factors that predict the development of long COVID to improve medical care of COVID-19 and related complications. The visit itself will consist of reviewing and signing the consent form, a blood draw of approximately 2 tablespoons of blood, optional stool/nasal samples and a brief questionnaire to review demographics, medications, and medical conditions. You will receive a gift card of $20 for your participation and donation. Individual results generated from this study cannot be shared with the study participant. |
