Bio

Dr. Boisseau received her BS in Psychology from Duke University and her MA and PhD in Clinical Psychology from Boston University. She completed a predoctoral residency and a postdoctoral fellowship at Brown University, and was an Assistant Professor (Research) in the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at Brown before joining the faculty of Northwestern as an Associate Professor in the fall of 2018.

Academic Focus

Dr. Boisseau's research background is in anxiety, obsessive-compulsive spectrum, and eating disorders, with a focus on examining underlying diatheses both within and across traditional diagnostic categories. Dr. Boisseau's work has been funded by the National Institute of Mental Health, the Brown Institute for Brain Sciences and the Norman Prince Neuroscience Institutes.
