I am an Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Dermatology at Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine and an Attending Pediatric Dermatologist, Dermatologic Surgeon and Laser specialist at Ann and Robert H. Academic Focus

My academic focus is pediatric procedural dermatology. I am active nationally and internationally, lecturing and training residents and fellows in procedural techniques and laser treatment of pediatric birthmarks, hemangiomas, vascular malformations, hemangiomas and tumors.

Clinical Focus

My primary clinical interests are the diagnosis, medical, surgical and laser treatment of pediatric congenital and acquired vascular lesions including hemangiomas, portwine stains, pyogenic granulomas, spider angiomas, venous and vascular malformations and pediatric birthmarks and tumors including congenital pigmented nevi, Spitz nevi and tumors, atypical nevi, nevus sebaceous, dermoid cysts, dermatofibroma and pilomatrixoma.
