Our Benefactor

Jean Malnati Miller and her first husband, the late Lou Malnati, established a family tradition of philanthropy more than five decades ago that continues today. In November 2017, the Lou Malnati Cancer Research Foundation made a transformational gift to the institute to help advance education, research and patient care, renaming us the Lou and Jean Malnati Brain Tumor Institute of the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center of Northwestern University at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

Visit the foundation’s annual cancer benefit website to learn more about the Malnatis' work supporting oncology research.
