Sustained Dialogue

Sustained Dialogue is a program that equips students with the experience and tools to further develop active listening and facilitation skills when discussing difficult topics. The program gathers participants from diverse backgrounds to build relationships and develop informed strategies to improve their campuses and communities. A key tenet of the program is recognizing others’ experiences, changing the tone from one of disagreement to one where individuals are comfortable sharing. By the end of the nine-week session, each group will come up with an action plan to enact positive change on campus based on their conversations together.
