Registration and Records
Registration and Records is located within the Augusta Webster Office of Medical Education (Ward 1-003).  The Registrar oversees all academic records for the School of Medicine and for institutional reporting of registration data. 

Services for All Current Medical Students

The following documents can be sent out to designated locations or picked up in the Office of Medical Education. Please note that all documents are processed within three (3) business days of receipt.  There is no cost for any of the services listed below.  Due to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) policy, documents cannot be emailed or faxed.  For information governing the disclosure of student records, please see the Feinberg School of Medicine Access to Student Records.

• Letters of Good Standing 
• Jury Duty deferral
• USLME exam registration (Step 1, Step 2 CK, Step 2 CS)
• Early release of housing contract letter
• Register for courses outside of FSM
• Loan deferment form completion
• Billing summaries/projections of future payments
• Registration hold assistance (student health, student accounts)
