Registration is now closed.
We are currently pursuing industry support with the goal of covering registration fees for our attendees. While the standard fee is $300, we hope to offer free registration to young investigators (including students, fellows, and early-career faculty) depending on final funding. We will keep you updated as sponsors are confirmed.
Conference Venue
The meeting will be held in the Northwestern University Simpson Querrey Biomedical Research Center, located on the shores of Lake Michigan in Chicago's Streeterville neighborhood. Our vibrant downtown campus is home to innovators and groundbreakers, leading physicians and scientists and powerhouse clinical affiliates.

Abstract Submission
Submission Deadline: Friday, April 3, 2026 (11:59 p.m. CT)
To apply, please submit your abstract via email to mucsysinfo@northwestern.edu. The designated presenting author will receive a confirmation email upon receipt; please ensure all co-authors are notified once this confirmation is received.
Submission Requirements
- Contact information for the presenting author and the Principal Investigator (PI).
- Full names and institutional affiliations for all authors.
Abstract Guidelines
- Word Count: Maximum of 300 words.
- Language: All submissions must be in English with spelling and grammar suitable for publication.
- Policy: One abstract is allowed per registration. Submissions will be printed exactly as submitted.
- Content: Proposals constituting sales pitches for products or services will not be considered.
Review and Notification
All submissions will be peer-reviewed by the Conference Organizing Committee.
- Notification Date: Presenting authors will be notified by Monday, April 19, 2026.
- Format: Submissions not selected for oral presentation will automatically be considered for a poster session. If a poster presentation is preferred, please state this during abstract submission.
Lodging
Accommodations will be at the attendees' discretion. Meeting attendees will have the option of staying at a variety of nearby hotels or Airbnb.
