Before Reserving
Before submitting your reservation, please complete these essential steps to ensure a successful event:
- Review the Event Guide.
- Read the Confirmation Conditions for booking information.
- If housekeeping is required, submit the Housekeeping Event Request form to Facilities Management.

EMS Web App
The EMS Web App is our central system for searching and reserving space across campus. All Feinberg employees can log in with their NetID and password. New employees are automatically granted access the month following their start date.
Requesting Access
If you need to reserve space urgently, please complete the FSM Room Reservation Request form. Allow 48 business hours for processing.
Need regular access? Submit the EMS Web App User Access Request form to fsmspacerequest@northwestern.edu.
