Catering Resources

Feinberg supports a range of catering options for meetings and events:

• Preferred Option: Use Northwestern's preferred caterers for the simplest process.
• Outside Vendors: If using a non-preferred caterer, follow Procurement & Payment Services guidelines and Risk Management requirements.
• Agreements: View instructions for catering agreements through the Feinberg Office of Finance & Administration.

Space & Equipment Requirements

Please note that Feinberg does not provide catering tables. You may set up a single table without a reservation; however, larger setups require reserving an appropriate space.

• Lurie Classrooms: Each has a designated catering set-up location.
• Simpson Querrey Biomedical Research Center (SQBRC): Conference rooms include credenzas that may be used for catering. 

Housekeeping & Cleanup

Housekeeping is required for:

• All catered events in SQBRC conference rooms
• Any after-hours or weekend catering

How to Request: Submit the Housekeeping Event Request form to facilities-management@northwestern.edu.
