The teaching model is built on the premise that leadership is not defined by one’s job title, that leadership is a process rather than a person and that whether or not one is a formal leaders, one is engaged in the process of leadership. To deliver this workshop, Northwestern is partnering with the Center for Creative Leadership. To learn how to participate, please see the eligibility requirements.
