Education
The Osher Center is dedicated to advancing integrative healthcare by educating current and future health professionals across disciplines. From undergraduates to practicing clinicians, we offer a range of learning opportunities that foster a deep understanding of whole-person, evidence-informed care. Our goal is to expand the reach of integrative medicine by equipping diverse healthcare professionals with the knowledge and tools to transform health and healing.
Internships
Our internships offer undergraduate students planning to pursue a graduate degree the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in integrative health research while receiving mentorship from leading clinicians and faculty in the field.
Medical Students
Our integrative and culinary medicine electives and seminars enhance Feinberg’s Lifestyle Medicine thread, providing hands-on, evidence-informed learning in whole-person care. Students can also engage through our student interest groups, integrative health retreats, and the Area of Scholarly Concentration, creating multiple pathways to explore integrative medicine throughout medical school.
McGaw Residents and Fellows
Residents and fellows from all McGaw programs are invited to explore integrative medicine through our clinical electives, designed to expand skills in whole-person care and support wellness for both patients and providers.
Integrative Medicine Fellowship
Join our yearlong Osher Faculty Fellowship—an advanced training program for practicing healthcare professionals to deepen their expertise in integrative medicine and bring evidence-informed, whole-person care into daily practice.
Continuing Education
Upcoming Events
We offer a number of continuing education events throughout the year, including Grand Rounds & Seminars. Our faculty are invited speakers at many esteemed integrative health conferences annually. We encourage interested faculty, providers and trainees to explore the field through some of the upcoming conferences, shared on our events page, such as Integrative Medicine for the Underserved and the International Congress on Integrative Medicine & Health.
