Moving requests can be requested via the Moving Service Request Form.

Housekeeping

All weekend reservations in Feinberg space require housekeeping. Weekend reservations will receive a follow-up email with the “Housekeeping Special Event Request” form, which can be found on the VEMS Website. Please submit the completed form to Facilities Management at facilites@northwestern.edu for processing. Any fees related to weekend housekeeping for your event are the requesting department's responsibility.

Preferred Catering Contacts

Preferred caterers are those that have been awarded a contract by Purchasing and Strategic Sourcing for use by all departments and schools. We strongly encourage those organizing events to use these vendors to maximize value and ease of ordering.

Preferred Hotels

Northwestern has discounted rates for local hotels near the Chicago and Evanston campuses for guests traveling on behalf of the University. Special rates can be found here. Please note this will required a NetID and password are required to access the rates.
