Medical Imaging
The Medical Imaging track fosters an interdisciplinary training environment in medical imaging methods and their application in the health sciences. Students will engage in high level coursework in medical imaging methods and physiology, as well as hands-on training in innovative medical imaging research. Our goal is to create well rounded scientists with deep knowledge in the physics, engineering, and biology necessary for a successful career in medical imaging research.
Prerequisites
While the Medical Imaging track does not have strict prerequisites, we expect that students with undergraduate coursework in engineering, physics, advanced mathematics, and/or related topics will be most successful.
