Artist's comments: I've been at Northwestern for 20 years and have a research appointment in the Division of Vascular Surgery. This photograph was taken in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The cat belongs to friends and was perched atop an adobe wall in their entry way. Although I used color film, I liked the monochromatic elements of the scene.
