The Center for Human Immunobiology Annual Scientific Retreat

The 4th Annual Center for Human Immunobiology Scientific Retreat will take place on Thursday, July 16th - Friday, July 17th, 2025 and will bring our CHI members together to display their work, socialize with peers, network with other researchers and learn about colleagues’ immunology related research. Stay tuned for announcements and date for the 2026 Annual Scientific Retreat. 

 

Registration

RSVP will be required. Open to all CHI Members, registration is limited to 150 participants. There is no fee to attend.

Event RSVP Form - will be active in Spring 2026

Poster Session 

You must register your poster, in order to display at the poster session. You will receive an email confirmation and instructions for the poster session once your registration is final. Please note, while this event is for CHI Members only, the CHI Retreat is a public event, not a private internal meeting. In case your research requires invention disclosure, please check with Northwestern INVO to submit a new application, which can be found under Policies and Forms on the INVO Website.

INVO requires 5 weeks prior to event for compliance checks. For more information about the application process, please email INVO invo@northwestern.edu. If you are not able to confirm with INVO related to invention disclosure you should not put confidential information on your poster.
