Propose a Target
If you would like to submit protein targets to CSGID, please first confirm that the protein originates from an organism within the NIAID Category A-C pathogen priority list or organisms that are causing emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases. Please see the NIAID criteria for target selection.
If the host organism of your protein target meets the NIAID target selection criteria, please identify whether it is within the scope of CSGID using the table below. For all organisms outside of the scope of CSGID, please contact the Seattle Structural Genomics Center for Infectious Disease.
The CSGID cannot accept targets for HIV research. Please see the specialized centers for HIV/AIDS-related structural biology.
