Feinberg supports a variety of catering options for meetings and events across campus. Before placing an order, review the guidelines below to ensure your event complies with university policies and space requirements.

Catering Options

Preferred Caterers

Northwestern's preferred caterers offer the simplest ordering and payment process.

Non-Preferred Caterers

If you choose a non-preferred caterer, you must follow Northwestern Procurement & Payment Services guidelines and Risk Management requirements.

Catering Agreements

Review instructions for catering agreements through the Feinberg Office of Finance & Administration SharePoint site.

Space & Equipment

Please note that Feinberg does not provide catering tables. A single table may be set up without a reservation. Larger catering setups require reserving an appropriate space.

  • Robert H. Lurie Medical Research Center classrooms include designated catering set-up areas.
  • Simpson Querrey Biomedical Research Center (SQBRC) conference rooms include credenzas that may be used for catering service.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping services are required for:

  • All catered events held in SQBRC conference rooms
  • Any catered event taking place after business hours or on weekends

To request housekeeping, submit the Housekeeping Event Request Form to facilities-management@northwestern.edu.
