Software

Software Self-Service

All Feinberg managed computers have access to additional software that can be installed via the Software Center for Windows or Self Service on an Apple device.
Self-Service

Standard Purchasable Software

Students, faculty, and staff are able to request software through Feinberg IT. FSM has a number of standard software that can be easily purchased through Feinberg IT, typically at a contracted discount and tax free.
Purchase Software

If you are in need of software not listed on the NUIT or Feinberg IT pages, contact us through our FSM IT Service Request Form or email fsmhelp@northwestern.edu.

Any software that does not have an existing agreement with NUIT or Feinberg IT may need further review by FSM Contracts. If the software accesses Level 2 data or higher, a Service Provider Security Assessment (SPSA) form will need to be filled out. Please note that the review process for non-standard software typically takes 2-6 weeks.
