While those of us who own the lens of diversity and inclusion may find it difficult to be joyous in the aftermath of the 2023 SCOTUS decision and in this space of national retreat from the diversity and inclusion initiatives we worked so hard to build over the last several years, we must continue to elevate diversity and inclusion.
