Focus of Work

Bio

Dr. Neubauer is an Assistant Professor of Preventive Medicine in the Division of Public Health Practice in the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University. She is Affiliated Faculty with the Center for Global Health and the Program of African Studies (PAS) and Ad-Hoc Faculty in The Graduate School. She serves as Director of Accreditation for the Program in Public Health (PHP) and Co-Director of the MPH Degree Global Health concentration and Accelerated Public Health Program (APHP).

Academic Focus

Her research focuses on adult, continuing and professional education and training approaches in public health, global health, and evaluation capacity-building in the United States and Kenya. Her scholarship employs multidisciplinary, theory-driven approaches to elements of education and training: assessment, accreditation, evaluation, pedagogy and learning. She has collaborated with many global, national, state and local partners on a variety of endeavors.
