Visit the Faculty Affairs Office's Career Development site to learn about the programs, services and resources available to assist faculty as they develop their careers, including the Northwestern University Leadership Education Advancement Program (NU-LEAP). NU-LEAP provides a unique opportunity for Feinberg faculty to develop as a cohort of emerging leaders who can draw on each other to leverage opportunities and solve problems as mentors, investigators and practitioners. The program's first cohort is more than half women.
