Alex Bengtsson, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, FAAOMPT

Dr. Bengtsson completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami in 2015, orthopaedic residency with the Virginia Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy Institute in 2016-17 and was board certified as an orthopaedic clinical specialist in 2018.  In 2020, Dr. Bengtsson completed a one-year fellowship in Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy through the Duke University Health System and has been recognized as a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT). Dr. Bengtsson’s clinical training site is UI Health.

Kyle Denlinger, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS

Dr. Denlinger earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2012 and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in 2015.  Kyle completed orthopedic residency training at Loyola University Medical System in Chicago in 2017, and was board certified as an orthopaedic clinical specialist in 2018.  Dr. Denlinger’s clinical training site is Edward - Elmhurst Health.

Phil Hageman, PT, DPT, OCS

Dr. Hageman graduated from Creighton University in 2017 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Following graduation, he completed a one-year Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency program at the University of Montana and was board certified as an orthopaedic clinical specialist in 2019. Dr. Hageman’s clinical training site is UI Health.

Kendra Harris, PT, DPT

Dr. Harris received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana in 2016. She completed a 1-year residency program in orthopaedic physical therapy at the University of Wisconsin-Meriter Hospitals Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency Program in 2018. Dr. Harris’ clinical training site is Edward - Elmhurst Health.

Sarah McAuliffe, PT, DPT, OCS

Dr. McAuliffe received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Illinois at Chicago in 2018. She completed a one-year residency in orthopaedic physical therapy at Northwestern University/Shirley Ryan AbilityLab in Chicago, IL, and was board certified as an orthopaedic clinical specialist in 2020. Dr. McAuliffe’s clinical training site is Shirley Ryan Ability Lab.

Oliver Rivera PT, DPT, OCS

Dr. Rivera received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Touro University Nevada in 2017. He completed a one-year residency program in orthopaedic physical therapy at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2018 and was board certified as an orthopaedic clinical specialist in 2019. Dr. Rivera’s clinical training site is Shirley Ryan Ability Lab.

Rob Sweet, PT, DPT, OCS

Dr. Sweet received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Southwest Baptist University in 2015.  He completed a one-year residency in orthopaedic physical therapy at the St Ambrose University Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency Program in Davenport, Iowa, and was board certified as an orthopaedic clinical specialist in 2018. Dr. Sweet’s clinical training site is Edward - Elmhurst Health.

August Winter, PT, DPT, OCS

Dr. Winter received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Illinois - Chicago in 2016. He then completed his orthopedic residency at the University of Virginia with the Virginia Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy Institute in 2017 and was board certified as an orthopaedic clinical specialist in 2018. Dr. Winter’s clinical training site is AV-Performance Physical Therapy.

Katherine Zisk, PT, DPT, OCS

Dr. Zisk received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The George Washington University in 2016. She was board certified as an orthopaedic clinical specialist in 2018 after working in private practice for 2 years. Dr. Zisk’s clinical training site is Shirley Ryan Ability Lab.
