Lucas Rosiere, MD Medical School:  University of Southern California Undergraduate:  University of Illinois, Urbana- Champaign

Lucas Rosiere was the President and Web Designer for the Emergency Medicine Interest Group at the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California. He was a Keck Medical Student Summer Research Fellow, participating in an investigation of the use of 5HIAA as a diagnostic marker for acute appendicitis. He presented his work at the 2006 American College of Emergency Physicians Scientific Assembly and recently summarized his study findings as a manuscript submission. Lucas volunteered with the Healing Hearts Across Borders clinic in Tijuana, Mexico and served as a teaching assistant in the USC Department of Cell and Neurobiology.
