Posterior Shoulder Dislocation

This is another patient with a posterior shoulder dislocation.  The arrow points to another “trough line sign” of impaction fracture and the appearance of the humeral head is “cystic”.

Same patient, notice how the glenohumeral articulation may be mistaken for normal, but has no overlap.
