Humeral Neck Fracture

On this AP view, a surgical neck fracture line is seen, so this seems like a one-part fracture.  Accurate classification, however, requires an axillary view.

The axillary view of the same patient reveals significant impaction of the humeral head and displacement of the greater tuberosity.  The fracture is now classified as a three-part fracture.
