Same patient from the initial case – comparison view of the uninjured foot (above, left).  Notice how much wider the distance is on the injured foot (above, right) between the base of the first and second metatarsals and the first and second cuneiforms compared to the uninjured foot.

This is another example of a Lisfranc injury. Notice again the fracture at the base of the second metatarsal and the joint space widening.

This is another example of a Lisfranc injury in a patient complaining of foot pain after a motor vehicle accident.
