| The Davee Innovations Group hosted a second Nursing Education Blitz to announce the inaugural Top 10 for Communication in the ED poster in the series. Each poster contains ten thematic communication tips derived from the CAT-T Education sessions.
In May, 2008, the Davee Team conducted several educational sessions, reaching 70 per cent of the ED staff. The foci of the sessions were to collect staff understanding of current versus best practices for communication in and ED, and to familiarize staff with the contents of the CAT-T survey, which evaluates staff performance in communication as a team. These sessions were highly successful, fostering a team atmostphere and garnering support for Davee Innovations.
