Senior Director, Corporate Partnerships & Business Development

Jeff heads up the service. Jeff is trained as a biochemist/molecular biologist/ endocrinologist and has professional experience in both academic and industrial realms. Jeff was on faculty at Ohio State University and has 17 years of Pharma drug discovery experience at multiple organizations (Abbott, Pfizer, and Astellas) in the areas of bioinformatics, neuroscience, immunology, urology, kidney disease, ADME, and translational science.

Terry Nakagawa, Ph.D.

Terry Nakagawa

Director of Corporate Partnerships and Business Development

Terry brings over twenty years of research leadership in academic and business organizations to the Feinberg Corporate Relations team.  Her career spans across scientific entrepreneurship with biotech cell therapy startups (Dendreon, Geneius Biotechnology), large scale diagnostics manufacturing (Abbott Laboratories), and multidisciplinary research team management within global pharmaceutical drug discovery (Astellas Pharma).  Terry received her B.A. from Northwestern University and her Ph.D. in Immunology from Yale University with postdoctoral training at the University of Washington/HHMI.
