The Corporate Relations service looks to assist Feinberg faculty and industry to achieve their shared goals through strong, mutually beneficial partnerships.
Jeff Masters, PhD, heads up the service. Jeff is trained as a biochemist/molecular biologist/endocrinologist and has professional experience in both academic and industrial realms. Jeff was on faculty at Ohio State University and has 17 years of Pharma drug discovery experience at multiple organizations (Abbott, Pfizer, and Astellas) in the areas of bioinformatics, neuroscience, immunology, urology, kidney disease, ADME, and translational science.

Midori Yokoyama, PhD, is director of Corporate Partnerships and Business Development. She has a doctorate in neurobiology and a master of business administration. Midori began her career as a research scientist in Allelix Neuroscience (acquired by NPS, and then Shire), and from there moved into business development for licensing opportunities and venture capital investment, working at TAP, Société Générale, Takeda, and Baxter. Her most recent position was vice president of Business Development at ADM Diagnostics, a startup firm in Chicago.
