| For aesthetic and safety reasons, the School of Medicine keeps its first floor public areas free of posted materials. Flyers found in non designated areas will be removed. Flyers are not permitted on windows, glass doors, pillars, or walls in the Ward, Searle, Tarry, McGaw, or Lurie lobbies or in the Method or Lurie Atriums. Use of bulletin boards in the Ward or Searle lobbies and posters on easels in the atriums are permitted. On the second floor or above in the Ward and Searle buildings, flyers may be taped near the elevators (depending on department discretion). Flyers are not permitted on any wall in the Tarry, McGaw, or Lurie buildings, but may be posted on bulletin boards with glass doors. Individuals posting announcements are asked to remove them within two business days after the event.
