PagersThe Augusta Webster Office of Medical Education offers text pagers to M3 and M4 students to maintain contact with the hospital, medical school, and their fellow students. Pagers are distributed to M3 students on Introduction to Clinical Clerkships day at the beginning of their third year. Students are required to turn in their pager before graduation or leaving the Feinberg School of Medicine. Students that are having problems with their pager or need a replacement pager because theirs was lost or stolen can stop by the August Webster Office of Medical Education, Ward 1-003 and email: Linda Daniels at: l-daniels2@northwestern.edu. **Lost or broken pagers can be replaced for a fee of $69. Payment is accepted in form of cash or check made out to Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. To send a text page:
Students who have the Alpha Text Pagers can receive text pages on their pager. To send a text page while you are on campus you can access the Northwestern Memorial Hospital Web Paging System at: http://nmhpaging.nmh.org/cgi-bin/cgiip.exe/WService=webmessaging/webmessaging.html. If you are off campus you will not be able to access this website. |
