Room Reservation Requests for Student Organizations Policies
Please review and familiarize yourself with the proper way to request room reservations. Once you have read through these policies you may access the room request form using the link below. - Student leaders should read Feinberg Room Reservation Policies prior to making a reservation request.
- Please designate one student from your organization for each reservation. This student is responsible for the reservation and is required to be present at the event.
- Confirm your speakers and special guests are available for the date you are requesting before you submit your request. This will eliminate unnecessary reservations in the system allowing for more options for other groups.
- All room reservation requests must be submitted via the website. Because of the large number of requests being made, we are not able to process phone, e-mail and in person requests.
- Room requests must be made at least 3 business days in advance of the event and may take 3-5 business days to be processed.
- Any cancellations that need to be made must also be requested 48 hours before the reservation date or a $100 fine will be charged to your student group.
- After your reservation is approved, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from Kasandra Lewis. You are responsible for the room and should review the room reservation policies included in the confimration e-mail.
- Keys: For rooms and AV access must be signed out during business hours, 8:30am - 4:30pm, from the Dean's Office, 420 E. Superior, Rubloff 12 Floor. Students are required to pre-arrange a time to pick up keys by emailing Shirley Scurlock at s-scurlock@northwestern.edu.
