Graduation TicketsEach graduate will receive six (6) tickets for the commencement ceremony for their guests. Graduates do not need a ticket to attend the ceremony. Additional tickets may be requested by completing the Commencement Ticket Survey/Request Form. All additional ticket requests must be made by April 1, 2011. The Augusta Webster, MD, Office of Medical Eduation will make every effort to accommodate those students requesting additional tickets. If you do NOT require all 6 tickets, please indicate that information on the ticket survey/request form. This will enable us to issue those tickets to other graduating students.
Additional tickets must be requested by April 1, 2011. Students will be notified via email if their additional ticket request can be granted.
All tickets will be distributed to graduates at Sign-Out on Wednesday, May 18, 2011. |
